Crockpot Cheesy Meatball Potatoes | Crockpot Cheesy Meatball Potatoes Be ready for dinner with these delicious hashbrown, cheesy meatballs in the slow cooker | By Kiera's Southern Cooking | Whoo y'all those came out faster than I thought they would but we're using here this is a 64-ounce4 little bag of some meatballs but I probably only had half of them right up in here so y'all just however many meatballs you think you're going to need but I wouldn't I recommend at least two pounds now I'm throwing in a little country style shredded hashbrown hashbrowns and we are going to dump us the whole bad. Now with these y'all I did decide to let them I'm going to have to mush these up. I did decide to let them you know thaw out just a little bit. That way I could you know make sure all this is broken up because I feel like most times when I do a little recipe with some hashbrowns y'all these little chunks seem to take over. So and now that my hands are already in there I'm just going to give this a quick little mix up and get some of meatballs right on in. Y'all don't worry. My hands are washed, okay? And it's not you eating it, it's me. Alright. So, I only had some little cheddar dip. It's the original recipe does call for some cheddar cheese soup but I was like, y'all, this is the same. So, if you want to use the cheddar cheese soup, y'all go ahead and use one can but I'm using stadium-style mild dip. This is 15 ounces and what I going to do is bring in a little heavy cream, heavy whipping cream and I'm going to try and fill this up all the way. Oh y'all I couldn't made it more perfect. Okay and I'm just going to get my little lid back on and we're just going to give it a quick little shake. If you don't want to do that, y'all use a little spatula but I'm going to try and get all this out. Ooh, y'all, this almost looks too good. Okay, So, 15 ounces of some stadium cheese dip or cheddar cheese dip and then we doing 15 ounces of some heavy cream and then I'm going to give us a little Monterey Jack cheese. The original recipe normally calls for some cheddar jack but I was like is there really a difference so I'm going to sprinkle most of this bag but I am going to use just a little bit to kind of layer on top for that presentation but I'm going to give this a quick little stir and then y'all we're going to get to seasoning this baby but this recipe is one of my childhood favorites y'all. What better child or what person doesn't love a little meatballs and cheesy potatoes y'all it is just too good to be true alright first up big old Costco size ranch seasoning and this is going to be just y'all know I like ranch so we're going to just kind of dabble that on get us a little cracked black pepper and this is just going to be I like to do a lot of pepper but y'all do whatever you want and then it wouldn't be Kiera without paprika I think if I had another child or maybe my next animal I'll name it paprika it's paprika boy name or girl I don't know okay now we're just going to get this all mixed in again I guess you could kind of wait until all that seasoning is in before you start mixing everything up but y'all this smells and so good already that I am so excited. We chose to make this for us today. Okay. Rest of that little Monterey Jack cheese and I'm just going to sprinkle it on top kind of creating a crust. I know Crockpot's are a little hard to get a crust on and then just for a little extra pose. We're just going to make that look real pretty and get us some chives. That's one thing that's missing. Alright. Okay. Get those babies. Come on. Come on out of there. Now y'all all we gotta do get your lid. We going to set this baby on hot and it's going to be on there about two to three hours but we want to make sure the meatballs are completely cooked through and that cheese is melted. Alright, y'all. Let's check out our cheesy potato meatballs. Y'all, they smell so good. I'm just going to give it a quick little mix. Oh, y'all. If you ain't ready for dinner with this, I don't know what you can do. Alright, So now, all I gotta do scoop me up. A nice little bite. That's got a lot of meatballs. I'm going to need some more potatoes in that one. Okay. Set it to the side because it's burning. I don't want to burn myself. Alright. Now, all there is to try it. Got my meatballs. Got my potatoes. Cheers y'all.
