Alex Redmond | Fitness Tips on Instagram: "SAVE THIS! I highly recommend working with a Pelvic floor therapist to evaluate where you are and guide you on what’s best for YOU but these are some of my 36 weeks pregnant daily mobility & stretching exercises to practice RELAXING the pelvic floor! Strengthening your PF is very important, but as you get closer to delivery you want to make sure you’re able to relax the pelvic floor to push the baby out and limit tearing! Of course other factors are involved when it comes to labor and tearing, but pelvic floor health is an important one! See a specialist if you’re able to! These are a few staple movements I’ve been practicing daily to RELAX my pelvic floor to prep for labor & delivery! Do these as a warm up or cool down to your workout or as a Prep For Labor, Pelvic Floor Strengthening, Mobility Stretching, Pregnancy Stretches, Birth Tips, Mobility Routine, 36 Weeks Pregnant, 36 Weeks, 3rd Trimester
