INGREDIENTS
2 packs @lovebeets white wine balsamic beets
1 small container of organic arugula
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
heirloom tomatoes (one red, one yellow)
little cherry bomb tomatoes
burrata
a handful of fresh oregano
a handful or two of fresh basil, sliced into strips
1/4 cup of pine nuts, toasted
zest from one lemon
balsamic glaze

DIRECTIONS
