BORED OF LUNCH on Instagram: "Airfryer Parmesan & Cornflake Chicken Goujons - 103 calories each 🍗 🧀   These honestly taste like they’ve been deep fat fried and it’s just cornflakes and Parmesan. So so good   1. Coat 3 chicken breasts in  - 3 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1 tsp paprika  2. Then dip into a beaten egg 🥚  3. Then dip into a mixture which is 120g crushed cornflakes & 30g Parmesan  4. Spray with oil and airfry at 200 for 12 minutes or so   These are lovely in a wrap or even just on their own with a dip.
