I recently took a poll of 50+ year old women, and suprisingly this was one of THE MOST IMPORTANT functions that they said they desire - To be able to be the “Fun Grandma” that can hop down onto the floor and play without fear of getting stuck down there (or making you sore for days!😉)  Here’s the proper process for getting up off the floor with ease:   ✅ STEP ONE: Move your body into hands-and-knees position, so you’re on all floors  ✅ STEP TWO: (Elevate your hands if necessary for this step) Swing one leg around into a lunging stance, like you’re proposing  ✅ STEP THREE: Sit Getting Up And Down Off The Floor, How To Get Up Off The Floor, Sit Up Straight, Knee Exercises, Raise Your Hand If, Preventative Health, Raise Your Hand, Move Your Body, They Said
