Tag your partner and give this one a try. Also can be done in a group. This is structured by doing 1 weighted (Kettlebell) exercise then 1 bodyweight exercise. Kettlebell can be replaced with a dumbbell. We completed this in around 38 minutes (wasn’t timed)
Weight used 20kg x 2 Kettlebell.
