Knees should be over your feet at the top of the thrust 2) Keep your eye gaze forward and chin tucked. This is a cue that will help your indirectly engage your glutes correctly. Set Up / proper Form Glutes Focused ✅

1️⃣ Adjust the bench
2️⃣ Bottom of shoulder blades on bench
3️⃣ Toes turned outwards
4️⃣ Knees align with toes
5️⃣ Neck in neutral position
6️⃣ Engage the core
Slightly tuck in tailbone
7️⃣ Make sure your knees are at a 90-degree angle.
8️⃣ Maintain straight at the top: do not over-arch.
