olivia noceda on Instagram: "honeydew mojito mocktail 🍈🌿 i used to spend the summers in miami with my abuelos as a kid, and there was definitely always a tab open with my name on it for virgin mojitos - 20 years later, i’m back on my mojito mocktail game and it’s better than ever. hope you love this drink! ingredients// 1/4 honeydew, cubed 1oz maple syrup 2oz lime juice 1-2 fresh limes small handful mint NA rum (optional) ice sparkling water method add cubed melon, maple syrup and lime juice to a blender. blend until smooth. add mint to a shaker and strain melon mix on top. muddle mint. add NA rum (or water or nothing, this is optional!) + ice and shake. rim your mojito glass with sugar. add melon, lime and mint to the bottom. add ice. strain your drink into the glass until about 1/2 o Honeydew Mojito, Melon Mocktail, Ice Sparkling Water, Mojito Glass, Drink Ingredients, Mojito Mocktail, Sparkling Water, Fresh Lime, Honeydew
