But after overcoming the initial uncertainty of doing something the first time, I found making teapots to be the perfect balance of wheel throwing and hand building. It’s both rewarding and meditative. 💕 This is my first time learning how to make a “proper” teapot. Thinking back, I did attempt the form a few times but usually with short cuts because I didn’t know how to make the individual parts.
