Critique : this is a monologue from a TED talk by Nigerian author and feminist Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. It was featured on Beyonce's track Flawless. It highlights the differences that we as a society teach to young girls vs. young boys. Even though, Beyonce doesn't always adhere to her feminist mentality, it is a powerful statement for this to be used on one of her tracks.
