If you follow along, you may already know that stress can affect our lymphatic system and drainage. With that, we may start to feel more puffy and on top of that, one of our lymphatic system’s jobs is to help with detoxing.

One easy addition I do is dandelion tea a 3-4 times a week. I personally drink it in the morning, but can be enjoyed anytime of day. In fact, sipping on it around meals can help aid in digestion due to it being considered a digestive bitter.
