Okay, here it is . . . Y'all know I am all about comfort foods in a bowl. Totally Yummy and EASY to make, this is one of our favorites, by far. Crockpot Rotel Grits 1- 2 lbs. Velveeta Cheese (truly, whatever you have on hand will do) 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 stick margarine or butter 1 lb. sausage (I use a roll of Jimmy Dean) 2 cups grits (I use Jim Dandy Quick Grits -- not instant) water salt to taste Cube Velveeta and place in crockpot with Rotel and butter.
