Of course, I’m not diagnosing or making assumptions about anyone over the internet, but it’s pretty safe to say that working on thoracic mobility can be hugely impactful.  What can happen when we don’t have enough thoracic spine mobility-in the infinite wisdom of our amazing bodies- our lower back and/or neck will jump in and try to help out.  That’s great that the low back and neck want to do the movement of the thoracic spine… but it’s not their job and they can get pretty tired from that extra work and end up feeling painful. Our spine take so much from out day to day activity we pretty much use it all the time so its only fair we add some exercises to keep our spines healthy!

These exercises are particularly good when you’re waking up or perhaps before going to bed 🛏️
