The long awaited method : HMM for self hypnosis towards the void, enter under 2min.

WARNING : this method is quite powerful, it's not a method on directly entering the void, but it's a method I've perfected to be able to induce the void INSTANTLY under 5 minutes, given by on how to hypnotize yourself.

Please make sure you're ready for this, and you have a clear mind for this, self hypnosis is extremely powerful and if done rightly? It helps immensely, the chances after this to enter the void is 90%, you know what the 10% is for, belief and trust in this method.

Let's start.

Introduction:

This method is something I've stumbled on long before, and I just remembered how it may actually help those with a limit in their mind that does not let them enter the void, first of all, props to the person who make this trance inducing method which is using the magic magnet fingers, and since I'm pairing it with the void, I'll call it Hibiscus's Mind Magnet, or just HMM for short.

This method requires you to sit down somewhere quiet, somewhere with limit sound, does not matter if there's light or not, simply sit somewhere comfortably and I urge you to do a small mini meditation before hand if your mind is crowded, best time to do so is when you wake up.

The steps:

  1. Sit comfortably. (Has to sit)
  2. If having crowded thoughts, meditate for a clearer mind.
  3. Set your suggestion : a suggestion is something you want to stick deep into your subconscious, aka "I always enter the void under 2 minutes."
  4. You can use any other suggestions, this is just for the void I'm explaining now, now that your mind is calm, everything is ready, simply begin by clasping your fingers in front of yourself together and leaving the two index fingers to stick above.
  5. Now, look and focus at the space between those two fingers, okay? Now begin to imagine that ok either sides of your palm, there's two big magnets.
  6. Stare at the space between the fingers, in a moments time when you let go, you see your fingers actually getting pulled subconsciously together like magnets, and eventually you'll feel this sudden pull of your own face towards it, at this point, continue to stare at it UNTIL your indexes hit each other.
  7. Now you begin to realize even your eyelids are tired and droopy, that's the perfect state, now gently lower your hand in your lap and close your eyes, let the fatigue wash over you, you'll feel lightheaded and dizzy, this, is the perfect state called the Trance state.
  8. Begin by saying your suggestion slowly, simply affirming deeply by saying "I always enter the void under 2 minutes." And only use one suggestion please.
  9. When you feel ready, and you feel done, that's when you're done with this trance state, to get out, begin by forcing yourself to focus things around you, the blanket underneath you perhaps, the hands in your lap, and slowly open your eyes again.
  10. Done, you have just hypnotized yourself, and remember, results can show in just one session, but if you're doubtful, it will take more than one session, do this before attempting for the void and simply go on with ANY method of the void, you'll succeed.

How I Entered the Void in 10 Minutes + Tips

Usually, it takes me around 30 minutes or sometimes even longer to enter the void state. I typically get there by the time I reach step 4, but this time I somehow mastered it and entered in 10 minutes! Here’s exactly what I did to enter quickly and effortlessly (but remember that everyone’s journey is different)

1. Find a Comfortable Position, You can lay however you want, but for me, lying on my back helps me feel more symptoms. I stayed completely still, letting my body relax fully. No adjusting, no tension, just letting go.

2. Affirm with Full Belief, I repeated simple affirmations in my head, like:

• I am in the void.

• Entering the void is easy.

• I am pure consciousness.

I didn’t stress or wait for symptoms, I just affirmed and let myself sink into the feeling.

3. Counted to 100 & Affirmed When Needed, As I counted up to 100, I didn’t feel the need to constantly affirm. I only affirmed when I noticed my mind starting to wander. By the time I reached 100, I was already in the void.

4. If You’re Not In Yet, Count from 100 to 0 & Affirm, If you’re not in yet, try counting down from 100 to 0 while continuing to affirm every now and then. Usually When I reach 0, I am already deep in the void.

I know for a fact it took 10 minutes because I had a subliminal playing in the background. Just as I fully entered, the sub ended, and an ad suddenly played, scaring me and pulling me out.

TIPS:

• Don’t Overcomplicate It, The void is natural. The more you let it happen instead of “trying” to enter, the easier it is.

• Detach from Outcomes, If you keep thinking “Is it working?” you’re just pulling yourself out of it. Assume it’s already done.

• If You Feel Yourself Dozing Off, Let It Happen, A lot of the time, you’ll enter as you “fall asleep.” Trust the process.

And that’s it—10 minutes, and I was in. No forcing, no stressing, just trusting. If I can do it, you can too!

Those feelings are tests from the body, to see if you are asleep or not, again it’s also a state where your body is slightly confused on why the body is aware when entering the void, but when you don’t move, and don’t give it a thought, your body will start slipping the obstacles aside and go straight to void, GOOD LUCK

whenever I come across a post talking about how people below certain ages shouldn't be shifting, I almost agree with it.

but then I remember I was 12-13 when I found about shifting, and how I was in the worst of places mentally.

and that the only thing that kept me going was my belief that shifting was real, even when I doubted my ability in doing so successfully.

and how i'm so much better and it's only cause I continued and didn't give up, and how shifting played such a big role in all of that.

that's why I strongly believe that shifting finds you exactly when you need it most. whether you're 2 or 20, it comes to you when it's meant to.

everything conspires and works to bring it to you, in that exact moment that you find out about it.

i was a fucking pinch of salt close to the void state. I AM SO HAPPY.

i figured out that hypnopompia (sleep -> awake) works better for me than hypnagogia (awake -> sleep), i just woke up from a dream, kept my eyes closed and just affirmed ‘i am in the void state right now’ and i felt that sucking feeling and the cloudiness in my ears AGAAIINNN

here’s what confused me… i started hearing music? to the point where i felt that someone was standing over me literally playing music. so i tapped out and was like ‘wtf’ and just started affirming again, but it happened again this time with DIFFERENT MUSIC??

i was so confused and lowkey scared 😭 so i tapped out.

i have a very musical mind, so music is constantly playing in my head, but i wonder if music is part of my void? because its so important to me?

OR DID I SHIFT?! thats my other hypothesis, but i havent created any drs yet, because i wanted to create my dream life and self (and be truly happy within myself) first before i started shifting.

was it a shift? was it the void? I DONT KNOW BUT ITS PROGRESSSS
