Hiragi got you covered, though not in the action as much as the lower years, Hiragi always carried back up like some sort of soccer mom with her knapsack full of snacks. Of course the power bank is there, fully charge since he needed to study a bit more and thus haven’t used his cellphone or spare buds.
Oh it was one of those situations, Umemiya hadn’t given much thought to what he’d be doing after graduation. Truth be told he actually haven’t put any thought into it, protecting the town was his only concern along with the well being of the other Bofurin students.
“You got any universities you plan on going to in mind?”
The leader questioned as he pondered the idea himself. There weren’t many places in Makochi but outside of this town there was a larger selection depending on how far one was willing to travel along with universities in other countries that accepted foreigners.
“…Nah, I thought about it. but no decent university is going to accept anyone with an application from Furin.”
the reputation of it was …disastrous for outside their own town. Because no matter how you look at it, they are known as the delinquent high school and the chances of going into a good college is low unless you were filthy rich like some of the other students pretended to not be.
‘its going to be tough, tougher especially for our juniors too. Especially Sakura and his hair. Though I think online college is a thing.“
Patroling the neighborhood proved to be boring, after excusing himself from the other two third years he made his way to through town. It was time for him to get a coffee or at least something to eat.
Opening the door, he made his way inside but to his surprise he was greeted by the sight of Hiragi sitting there zoned out on something. Tipping his head to the side, he walked over and waved his hand at the blonde. “Hiragi! What’re you doin here?” He inquired lifting his gaze towards the owner who smiled back at him knowing his usual order whenever he’d stop by. “Earth to Hiragi, you still in there?”
His stomach clenches in anticipation of a ache that seems almost instinctual. But of course he never said anything yet so its a bit premature to think like that.
“Huh…oh, yeah. Just thinking about whats going to happen after we graduate high school.”
A off hand remark because, in truth Hiragi had thought of several different jobs already. But then again the folly of youth, especially Hiragi is that he’s too mature for someone his age. And with highschool almost their last year he has a bit of fear of who is going to replace them come next year.
Sure it was a usual pit stop, but at the very least the restaurant was a place where people went to relax, mostly those from Bofurin. Or stay safe when there were more unusual acitivities in the night, coffee is half touched but Hiragi is just staring at it. Caught in a rare daze of exhaution -
he does not notice the other coming closer. Hiragi is still caught in his own little world right now, thinking about something that would give him pause even on a good day.
