What does this PR do?

• In case of an event that represents an HTTP request, the url is expected to contain the path.
  Additionally, the http.url_details.path tag should not be set by the tracer. It is deduced by the backend and overrides the value set by the tracer. Currently, it always ends up having the value / inferred from the http.url having no path.

• API Security should be enabled by default even in Lambda. No need to disable it by default.

I am trying to make Appsec API security work with lambda inside the tracer.
