Updated the Kubernetes instructions to include the Datadog Operator
What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
This Pull Request will update the instructions for setting up the MySQL DBM instruction to be more inline with our other DBMS documentation and add the Operator instructions. The motivations for this is TDBM-104.
