PR Summary

This pull request updates the .pipelines/apiscan-gen-notice.yml file to enhance the API scanning process by enabling PowerShell script analysis and specifying its configuration.

Enhancements to API scanning:

  • Enabled PowerShell script analysis (psscriptanalyzer) with the following settings:
    • enabled: true
    • policyName: Microsoft
    • break: false
