I read from
Lib/
at runtime rather than generation time because the idea is that you could runnot_impl_gen.py
once and you wouldn't have to change it as long as you keep it the same version of CPython, while the generated python scripts keep up to date with any changes made to RustPython. Of course, that's not exactly the case, given thatwhats_left.sh

every time, but still.
