Is this targeting Python 3.12 or 3.13? either way okay, but just being a bit confused because you mentioned this PR on Python 3.13 library update issue |

My bad, I got a little confused. I originally ported from v3.12.2. But after checking out v3.13.2 it doesn't seem to have any difference. |
