This release fixes the Legend clipping bug!

This Release attempts to fix the legend position and scaling for most use cases.

This time its for real, got the 1.37.1 features and everything.

This release should get all of the previous modifications working with the 1.37 fork of Plotly.

This time I actually got the build to run fully. Should have actual code in the release ;)
Now with more checked in files!

This Release is for testing the merge with Plotly 1.37.1. It may not work!

This release is a very minor fix to the scroll box of the legend, to make sure it can scroll to the full height of the contents.

Axis titles needed a little further adjustment to their spacing.

The previous version did not include the compiled files.
