Use the _metadata module as the source for all library metadata.
- Add a user_agent() function to create the User-Agent header - Refactor the user agent comment data structure - Replace string-defining single quotes with double quotes
Only import the ._version module and compute the version when this module is imported.

Includes @nerdguru guru's work in #110 and code style updates. I moved the code for generating the User-Agent header out to a
user_agent()function and updated the session headers.
