Fully updated and retooled to support Python v3.10+ (dropping support for Python v2).

  • Tooling changes:
    • Using poetry for packaging and dependency management
    • Using poetry-dynamic-versioning for version management
    • Using ruff for linting and code formatting
    • Using make to automate common tasks
    • VS Code recommend plugins
  • Dependencies updates
  • Docs updated
  • All tests passing
