@dastels Could you provide a usage example for displaying/controlling custom bmp cursor?

Something like - cursorcontrol_custom_cursor.py

Code looks OK, tested both examples on my PyGamer.

Thanks for updating simpletest to reflect the breaking change from hide to hidden. Merging when travis passes.
