Created a board definition for the Heltec Vision Master E290 device. ESP32S3 N16R8 based with 2.9" Epaper device (SSD1680), RA62 LoRa radio, 2 user programmable buttons, lithium charge circuit and a 40 pin GPIO header. Device uses native USB, and has had a unique community PID registered with the Espressif usb id allocation repository.
