QSPI is not currently working so its commented out. This is progress on micropython#652.

Looks great! I was trying to figure out if we can get a precomputed sercom_index. I put it in the pins table but that's not available here. There are functions in hpl to get the sercom index but they're static! Eventually we might want to move your private sercom_index routine to someplace like samd?1_peripherals.c, but doesn't have to be now.
