Changes

  • updates to support opencv 3.2 and tested with a Lambda. It works fine.
  • also removed the tests from the build to speed it up
  • also added a jobs argument to the opencv build to create a job per cpu. This allows you to choose a multi-core ec2 instance and take advantage of it to speed the build up

Updates to cmake args to not build the tests

Added cmake flags to not build the tests or the performance tests.  These are not needed and add some time to the build.
