The AMRnet dashboard is a unique platform designed to cater to a diverse audience. It offers high-quality, reliable genome-derived AMR surveillance data. Its standout feature is the visualizations, which not only present national AMR prevalence estimates and trends but also allow for in-depth analysis to identify underlying genotypes and resistance mechanisms. While we don't generate sequence data ourselves, our primary goal is to empower you, our audience, to contribute to the process. We strive to do this by making publicly deposited data more accessible and user-friendly, thereby encouraging and motivating more sequencing and data sharing. The dashboard is built on the MERN stack, a powerful JavaScript-based framework that significantly enhances the development process. This stack, comprising four open-source components-MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js, provides a comprehensive framework for developers, ensuring efficient and seamless work.
