This PR will bring about the following changes:

• Add a new plotly-pie-charts.md file thoroughly explaining the creation and customization of pie charts in Plotly along with the images of relevant plots.
  • Pie Charts in Plotly
  • Pre-requisites
  • Introduction
  • Creating a simple pie chart in Plotly
  • Adding various customizations in pie chart (plot title, slice colors, slice labels, pulling slices, pattern fills etc.)
• Store the images of all the plots inside images.
• Update the existing index.md in plotting-visualization with the necessary changes.

@animator @ashitaprasad Kindly assign the PR to me and add level2 and gssoc labels (same as issue label) to the PR as it is necessary for PR to be counted on the leaderboard.
