I contribute in this issue by adding the Trie.md file in ds-algorithm folder. I also updated the index.md file. In Trie.md , I contribute the following :

• Trie Description and its characteristics
• Structure of Trie
• Initialization and Operations performed on the trie.
• Source code is also provided for each operation in Python.
