Travis config will deploy to PyPI on a new tag.

@arokem We need

  1. To activate the main project on travis-ci.org (I can do it if I was a contributor on the project, but don't need to be)
  2. A valid PyPI username and Travis encrypted password (so the push can actually work)

After doing this, just adding and pushing a new tag will do the deploy to PyPI
