- Add getSampleFormats.
- OutputEssence: setup return void and raise exception if problem.
- OutputAudio: remove checks of audio profile (the job is done by FFMPEG in the setup).

* getAVPixelFormat: get the enum value from the pixel format name. * getAVSampleFormat: get the enum value from the sample format name.
OuputVideo: width and height are set from the imageDesc. These informations are not in the profile.

Merge Pixel fix for chroma subsampling YUV411, should be continued by including an AVPixFmtDescriptor into the Pixel class
