Description of changes:
Unfortunately for legacy reasons there is a slight discrepancy in the naming between cpp headers for checksums (crt/checksum.h) and respective crt header (checksums.h). v0.31.2 attempted to make situation a bit better, but was the wrong thing to do.
Lets revert for now.
