This package update removes the old, invalid project URLs

Update project URLs

The http://www.bootstrap-switch.org/ URL now hosts a scam site.
Replace this with a URL to the GitHub project.

Additionally, the URL of the GitHub project has changed since this
repository was last modified:
- Before: nostalgiaz/bootstrap-switch
- Now: Bttstrp/bootstrap-switch

Fixes #9

Remove bootstrap dependency from both packages

The official bootstrap-switch package on npm does not have this
dependency either. By leaving this dependency out, we give the developer
the freedom to choose whichever bootstrap package they prefer (css or
less).
