Sir, many people like me, has xampp installed in their device. And don't want to change the setup. Your SQL file cannot be opened in apache server of xampp because it's MySQL version is old. In that case if they change their collate type it works smoothly. and we can complete your course swiftly. Thats why I added a line in the MySQL installation README file.
