Something explicitly like following

Setup

1. Run "bower install -S angular-dragdrop" in command line under project folder
2. Declare dependency on "ngDragDrop" in your relevant angular module
3. Run "grunt serve" *

*It's good to use tool such as wiredep to help solve dependencies and do the auto injection
