GCP Template Terraform Error #17064

Please update to a more recent version. 2.19 or 2.20 which comes with an updated built-in template that no longer uses these now removed arguments. Your 2nd option is to pin the coder provider version to v1.0 where this still works. This issue could have been avoided with pinned provider versions for built-in templates. I will keep this issue open to track pinning versions in example templates. |

I believe I am seeing the same error. But unfortunately, I don't know how to implement the solution :( I am running coder as a docker container (with the provided docker-compose.yaml) and would have expected the update to be implemented in the current container (docker compose pull today). But the error persists. So either the container is not up to date or the solution has to be implemented outside the container. But where and how? |

Hi, @gitwittidbit. Upgrading Coder only gives you an updated list of starter templates. If you have an existing template, you need to update it yourself. Please follow the upgrade guide to ensure your template uses the latest provider version. |
