Prototype various approaches for scaffolding the UI, with the following considerations:

• No risk to V1
• Ability to iterate quickly on V2
• Preserve the look & feel of V1 in the V2 world (under-the-hood functionality can be different, though).

Deliverable: Have a simple project structure set up that satisfies these constraints.
