We may need more information to debug this further. Do you see JetBrains usage on the Template Insights page? For instance, when I navigate to the Insights page, I can see 40 minutes for JetBrains. Keep in mind that Prometheus reports usage during the last 5 min period (sliding window). Here is the database query it uses locally. Maybe @mafredri knows a nice trick to check the wires. |

this PR added support for the
coderd_insights_applications_usage_seconds, but in my testing, does not go iterate greater than0for JetBrains Gateway applications present in a template.produced on 2.4.0. this may be fixed once this PR is merged #10968
