Can reproduce consistently on dev.coder.com
Coder version: 5170744
This does not let you update provisioner tags on the template from the dashboard.

It looks like the build button is disabled until you make a change to the template source code, and the publish button is disabled until you build a successful template version.

I'm not sure it makes sense to disable the build button like this, as you may wish to run a quick "test" to validate that a template still works.

Getting into this again. This happens when I am trying to edit a failed version of a template.

@matifali sorry, I didn't understand the video very well. What is happening and what is the expected behavior?

The build button is disabled and is not working. When I make any changes to the template files I should be able to hit build button and it should not be disabled.

Since this is related to a different cause, I'm closing this in favor of #12676
