We list experiments in the dashboard and in the SDK. While our Feature Stages doc explains how to find and enable them, it doesn't have a simple list of the available experiments.

We should have a script that injects the list of experiments available in our latest stable release to the docs on main.

Alternatively, we could also show which release channel (mainline or stable) the experiment is available on. It becomes weird because some might be GA on mainline and an experiment on stable.
