In other tickets, we will be adding:

• open in Terminal link (make it a button, shorten the text?)
• open in any port (except ones that are already assigned to dev urls and applications?)
• open DevURLs/Applications
• add the resource type

So we need a design for where these things should go in the Resources card. We were thinking the links would go in an Access column, but could use ideas about how to organize them there so that it doesn't look overly crowded.
