OS Information

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login as Admin user
  2. Go to Users
  3. Click New User
  4. Enter user name of existing user -> error displayed: user already exists
  5. Click Cancel -> popup is closed
  6. Click New user again

Expected

Empty form is opened

Actual

Form with error message is displayed
