Steps:
Create a workspace, Time until shutdown > 1h
Workspace should be running for at least 1 hour
Run 'coder ttl set [workspace] 1h'
"Workspace [workspace] will be stopped immediately. Are you sure?" - answer yes

Expected result: user gets some notification in cli that the workspace is stopped

Actual result: user gets no feedback after confirming the action
