Problem

As an admin running an enterprise version, I need to be able to disable a feature I've paid for, such as audit logging.
As an admin running an enterprise version, I want to see a warning that I should not enable a feature because it will put me out of compliance with my license.

Definition of Done

A Figma mock showing multiple toggles and what they look like:

• when enabled and non-compliant
• when disabled and non-compliant
• when compliant (enabled or disabled)
