Once #2746 is merged we need to have documentation so customers know how to use it.

Success criteria:

• Documentation on how to deploy the helm chart
  • Requirements
    • Helm minimum version
    • Kubernetes minimum versions
    • Postgres (and links to how to install Postgres in Kubernetes, in clouds, etc.)
  • How to change values
  • How to install
  • How to upgrade

Most of this could probably be copied from v1, but we don't have a Helm repo yet so we'll need to change it to use the tar artifacts instead.

Once #3127 is done we will need to also add details on how to use the repo instead of the GitHub release artifacts.
