Version: v0.8.3+f62e1ed

As a user, I understand a red banner to mean a failure. After upgrading to 0.8.3 I get this alarming banner when starting a workspace (a Kubernetes pod).

It ended up starting fine, and the message goes way.

A milder, less threatening color, that is not full screen (left to right) should show or frankly not show a message at all.
