Problem

As a user, I want to be able to see the values of the parameters in my workspace (if they are not sensitive and hidden).
As a user, I want to be able to change the values of the parameters in my workspace (if they are safe to change).

Definition of Done

On the workspace page, there is a link to a workspace parameters page.
The workspace parameters page lists all non-hidden parameters.
If any are visible but not safe to change, they are shown read-only.
Visible, safe to change parameters are editable.

To be decided: design of the parameters page. For instance, will editable parameters be read-only with an "edit" button that shows a form field? Or will they be shown as values in a form field, ready to be edited?
