As an admin, I want my own list of public DERP servers, and not Tailscale's long list, since it takes up a lot of real estate in the workspace UI.

So in a Kubernetes deployment, I can set the CODER_WILDCARD_ACCESS_URL in the helm chart, but I also want to point to a file of DERPs.

I guess an S3 bucket or whatever could be it, but I'd prefer to just list those DERPs out somewhere in Coder.

Maybe if we're moving this to DERP helm install, that solves it.

And shorter term, just adjusting the UI to no show that massive long list of DERPs that waste real estate and make the UI ugly.
