Web terminal does not disconnect due to user inactivity (assuming the network connection between the user and the web terminal is not severed).
Current Behavior
Web terminal gets disconnected after about 1 minute of inactivity, requiring the user to refresh the window to resume their web terminal session. Due to this inconvenience, most of our users are not opting to use the web terminal and instead use the Coder CLI tool to SSH to their workspaces.
This is a re-report of #2769 which we're still seeing on version 0.9.1.
